Shipping is included for purchases within Australia only. Please get in touch for shipping overseas.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Coco Plum Creative is dedicated to proving you with outstanding service and a quality product. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, returns are available, however change of mind or wrong size orders will incur a restocking fee. Occasionally damage may occur during transit. For items that are damaged on arrival, please follow the guidelines below and a replacement will be supplied at no additional cost.

If damage has occured in transit, please take a photo of the packaging and damage, and get in touch at cocoplumcreative@gmail.com within 48 hrs. We will replace the piece free of charge.
