If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, returns are available however will incur a restocking fee. Occasionally damage may occur during transit. For items that are damaged on arrival, please follow the guidelines below and a replacement will be supplied at no additional cost.
We have faith in our quality pieces. Photographic art and Graphic canvases come with a 75 year guarantee, meaning they will not sag or fade during your lifetime following the install instructions. If damage has occured in transit, please take a photo of the packaging and damage, and get in touch at cocoplumcreative@gmail.com within 48 hrs. We will replace the piece free of charge.
